Hair care - I love Macadamia

Oggi si parla di capelli, i miei sono abbastanza lunghi, quasi metà schiena, fino a non molto tempo fa ero rossa, ora invece è un biondo scuro, un colore un pò più chiaro del mio castano naturale. Sono di un mosso poco definito, ma mi piace averli lisci. Ora che sono più lunghi riesco a gestirli meglio anche senza usare la piastra, dandogli la piega solo con il phon.  

Trattandoli ovviamente le punte ne risentono, quindi sono abbastanza secche e doppie e cerco sempre trattamenti che aiutino a nutrire il capello, preferendo quelli con ingredienti naturali con proprietà curative, anziché shampoo pieni di silicone, che regalano un bell'effetto estetico solo per un giorno e basta. 

Today we talk about hair, mine is quite long, I used to be a red head, but now I am dark blonde, a color a little lighter than my natural brown. I have quite wavy hair, but I like it straight. Now that it's longer I "deal" with it better and I don't always use a hair straightener, usually I just use my hair dryer.

Treating my hair regularly means drier and split ends , so I'm always looking for treatments that help nourishing the hair, preferring those with natural ingredients with healing properties, instead of  a shampoo filled with silicone, that gives a nice aesthetic effect only for a day and that's it.

A inizio anno avevo acquistato questo shampoo della Joico, linea K-PAK ristrutturante, in quanto ne avevo sentito parlare parecchio. L'ho ordinato sul sito http://www.feelunique.com/brands/joico/k-pak/, era in promozione con il balsamo, ma appena effettuato l'ordine mi hanno comunicato che purtroppo il balsamo non era più a magazzino e mi hanno inviato solo lo shampoo rimborsandomi i soldi.  E' impossibile per me vivere senza balsamo, ho provato quindi ad acquistare questo della Phyto, Phytobaume http://www.phyto.it/ riparatore e mi piace molto perchè districa i capelli in fretta e li lascia molto morbidi. 

Alle volte poi sui capelli bagnati applico un condizionante districante senza risciacquo, come questo della PREVIA http://www.previa.it/cms/en/category/english-en/comprato dalla mia parrucchiera.  Per pettinarli, soprattutto da bagnati, la Tangle Teezer http://www.tangleteezer.com/è un must, per non spezzarli e per evitare di litigare con i nodi. 

Non mi trovo male con questi prodotti, il risultato finale è ok, ma si sporcano in fretta e già il secondo giorno li sento parecchio appesantiti, non credo quindi di riacquistarli , soprattutto perché ho provato dei nuovi prodotti (vedi Macadamia qui sotto), e credo siano diventati per me dei "MAI PIU' SENZA"

Earlier this year I bought the Joico, K-PAK shampoo from their restructuring line. I ordered it on http://www.feelunique.com/brands/joico/k-pak/,it was on offer along with the conditioner; unfortunately just after I had placed my order I was informed that the conditioner was no longer in stock so they sent me only  the shampoo. It 's impossible for me to live without conditioner, so I bought the Phyto, Phytobaume express conditioner http://www.phyto.com/ and I really like it because it detangles the hair very quickly and leaves them very soft. Sometimes  I also like to apply on my wet hair a detangling conditioner, one that doesn't need to be rinsed off, like the PREVIA one http://www.previa.it/cms/en/category/english-en/  I bought from my hairdresser. 

To comb my hair, especially when it's wet, I always use my orange Tangle Teezer http://www.tangleteezer.com/. 

I like all these products, the final result is ok, but my hair gets dirty very quickly when I use them so I don't think I will buy them again anytime soon, especially since I've tried some new products (Macadamia see below), and they have quickly become my"Holy Grail Products".

E' da un pò che volevo provarli, molte ragazze su You Tube li consigliavano, e visto che non costano poco, anziché buttarmi subito su 300 ml di shampoo o altro trattamento, ho deciso di optare per il travel set (max 100ml di prodotto). Mi è sembrato un bel modo per provare tutti i loro prodotti. Credo siano la cosa migliore che i miei capelli abbiano mai provato. Il profumo è molto forte, a me piace moltissimo, ad altri può risultare stucchevole, sono a base di olio di Macadamia e sono senza parabeni e solfati. Il set l'ho acquistato da Beutybay http://www.beautybay.com/haircare/macadamianaturaloil/travelset/ ed è costato intorno alle 39,00 Euro. Lo shampoo e il balsamo sono durati 4 lavaggi, mentre gil altri prodotti li sto continuando ad utilizzare, e vi dureranno per un pò. La maschera ad idratazione profonda la uso solo una volta alla settimana, la crema nutriente senza risciacquo la uso un pochino quasi tutti i giorni, è un pò come la Phyto 7 o 9 ma almeno questa ha un buon profumo, la sto usando da un paio di mesi e ce n'è ancora. L'olio invece lo applico sulle punte bagnate prima di asciugarli, e ne basta davvero una goccia, e anche di questo ne ho ancora un pò. Sicuramente riacquisterò al più presto shampoo e balsamo. I capelli sono lucidi, morbidi e profumati e restano così per almeno 2/3 giorni e riesco a lavarli solo 2 volte alla settimana senza nemmeno dover ricorrere allo shampoo a secco. Li consiglio vivamente a tutte/tutti ( ho dovuto nasconderli altrimenti me li usava anche il mio ragazzo, attirato dal profumo hihih) soprattutto a chi come me ha i capelli un pò secchi/danneggiati sulle punte.

I have been wanting  to try the Macadamia range for a while, many girls on You Tube talk about them, and since they are not really cheap, insetad of buying the 300 ml of shampoo straight ahead, I decided to opt for the travel set. I thought it was a nice way to try all of their products. I think they're the best thing that my hair has ever experienced. The scent is very strong, I like it very much, for others it can be too sweet. The main ingredient is obviously the macadamia oil and they are parabens free and sulfates free. 

I've purchased this set from Beutybay

The deep moisturizing mask- I only use it once a week, the nourishing leave in cream - I use a little almost every day, it is similar to the Phyto 7 or 9 but at least this one smells good, I have been using it for a couple of months and there's still a bit left. I apply the healing oil on my wet hair, you relly need just a tiny drop, so it will last you quite a long time. I intend to purchase the 300ml shampoo and conditioner as soon as possible. My hair is shiny and soft and it stay like this for at least 3 whole days, and I don't even need to  use the dry shampoo. I highly recommend them to all of you, especially if you have dry treated demaged hair (I  love them so much, that I had to hide them from my boyfriend that wanted to try the shampoo cause "it smells so gooood", he says LOL).
